Rising melodic house producer Tobias Bergson has taken on remix duties for Finnish multidisciplinary artist EMMI IIDA’s single ‘Tell Me’ released on August 15, 2025, via EFG Records. The original track appears on EMMI IIDA’s debut album The Eye, a project that blends her talents as a musician, visual artist, and holistic interior architect. Bergson, who has amassed over 180 million streams and released via Armada and Universal Music Austria, has received support from outlets like DJ Mag, Mixmag, YourEDM, and radio stations including CBC Music, RTÉ 2XM, and KCRW. Meanwhile, EMMI IIDA’s nature-inspired, immersive sound and design work has earned critical praise from CLASH, Wonderland, BBC 6 Music, and MTV Finland, alongside international art exhibitions in Munich, Paris, Madrid, and Miami.

‘Tell Me’ is an ethereal fusion of downtempo and ambient elements, with EMMI IIDA’s celestial vocals gliding over spacious, shimmering textures. The track explores themes of self-realisation and cosmic alignment, echoing the philosophy behind her EFG Method, which blends energy flow and spatial design to foster creative clarity. “It’s about peeling back limiting beliefs and co-creating your reality with intention,” EMMI explains. For the remix, Tobias Bergson transforms the track into a progressive and melodic house journey, layering atmospheric synths and deep grooves while preserving its original magic, ideal for fans of Eli & Fur, Tinlicker, Yotto, and Ben Böhmer.

Tobias told us: “I instantly liked EMMI’s voice and felt inspired to speed up the vocals from 90 bpm to 120 bpm. I think I produced about five different versions until I finally felt; “Okay, this is the one.” With the final version, I think the vocals and the chords really harmonize beautifully. It’s a relaxed track, but thanks to the second build-up, it’s also meant for DJs looking for something for their warm-up sets.”
